    The Dover Chamber presents several community events to promote goodwill between local residents and the business community, which are planned and executed with the help of committees. Committee members organize programs, recruit sponsors, select entertainment, and volunteer during the event.

    Committees are open to all members for the following events:

    • Annual Awards Dinner 
    • Apple Harvest Day 
    • Cochecho Arts Festival
    • Sweepstakes & Auction
    • City Lights/Festival of Trees 
  • Standing Committees Standing Committees

    Government Affairs: This committee monitors activities of local and regional government entities and advocates on issues that could adversely affect Chamber members. Click here for the most recent meeting minutes. 

    Education: The Chamber's Business and Education Partnership committee, made up of member educators and businesses, acts as a bridge between the greater Dover business community and local educational institutions to promote an educated and skilled workforce. 

    Ambassadors: The mission of the Ambassadors is to ensure that newer members understand and take advantage of the benefits of Chamber membership.

    Board of Directors: The governance of the Dover Chamber is vested in the Board of Directors. The Board is charged with determining and reviewing the Chamber's mission and purpose and is also responsible for fiscal oversight.
